My husband and I love them enough to make sure they do not disturb anyone else. They come in at night and are NOT allowed to bark for extended periods. However, my neighbors and their neighbors have these yappy Chihuahuas and poodles that NEVER shut up!! They bark at the trees. They bark at a plane going overhead. They bark at people walking by. They bark at other neighbors in their own back yards. They bark at the sky. But mostly, they bark at NOTHING!! We've tried talking to the neighbors. And of course they are in denial big time! Not THEIR dogs! Even went so far as to taking them to arbitration. After keeping a journal for a month along with another neighbor, providing the name and phone number of a third neighbor and videos of their dogs the arbitrator ruled they weren't aTRUE nuisance! What we should have done was to kill the little you know whats with macadamia nuts to begin with!! Legal and mercy killing!! I have 3 dogs.
