some old neighbours of ours back home at my parent’s used to have these really noises bitches who used to bark and bark quite a lot. My dad and I came up with this idea of buying some steaks or some meat and putting sleeping pills in them, making sure of course you don’t put toooo much in hehehe then just pitch them over the fence and voila! ;)

can’t u get them (them being the owners) done for ‘noise pollution’ or something?..
