Every Six Hours?
I went to the Dentist Thursday, my rescheduled appointment from when I decided not to go in May because I wanted to save that money for visiting Sam… not that I ended up going to see him anyway.
So, I couldn’t get done what I wanted… or at least planned to, which in a sense is good. Anytime I get a tooth pulled I ended up totally incapacitated for usually the entire day, if not longer… but I didn’t have that done of course, turns out I very likely have an infection that needs to be taken care of first. I had pretty much figured that to be the case, but now I know it’s true.
The dentist wrote me a prescription for amoxicillian… I put it in my pocket, then had this sort of double-take moment where I went “oh, uhm… I can’t take this” lol. Oh, those penicillian based antibiotics definitely don’t react well with my body, would have been very bad. So, I ended up going with Erythrocin, staying with cheap ones, thankfully… I say I’d take the stomach irritation for a week over paying $10 a pill any day.
The only problem is I have to take it every six hours, which pretty much also means I need to eat something every six hours… lol, not thrilled about that at all. Oh well… hope it works.
