You will:

• Assist General Manager in managing day-to-day administration and business operations;
• Participate in daily management meeting and draft related documents;
• Coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel; Host business visits;
• Liaison between shareholders and coordinate in business operation issues;
• Handle other adhoc tasks as assigned by General Manager.

If you have:

• University degree; Overseas background is preferred;
• Very good command of English and Chinese; Excellent organizational, communication and execution skills;
• Minimum 3 years administrative work experience in multi-national company.

You will:

• Be responsible for social media platform, public relations, digital projects and organizing of a wide variety of cultural and community activities;
• Conduct and analyze consumer marketing research in conjunction with promotions and branding teams;
• Develop and execute integrated marketing communications programs and PR events to reinforce the premium image and public awareness of INDIGO.

If you have:

• University degree in Marketing/Communications/Business and minimum 5-6 years’ experience in similar role or as retail property or marketing manager, minimum 3 years at supervisory level;
• Proven experience in retail properties or luxury brand marketing and event management;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Mandarin;
• Enthusiastic and driven; Proven ability in handling diverse projects;
• Business awareness and a good knowledge of market conditions.

You will:

• Plan and develop advertising, PR & digital campaigns;
• Initiate PR & daily communication plans & events, Increase INDIGO brand awareness;
• Manage PR and communication activities; Maintain good media relations.

If you have:

• University degree; Overseas background is preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in marketing, advertising and PR; Preferably in an international corporate environment; Good retail market sense & business management sense;
• Good execution skill in running SNS and new media activity.

You will:

• Participate in negotiation and review of contracts, issue and revise legal opinions and letters;
• Assist to deal with arbitration and litigation the company involved;
• Be responsible for inner legal counsel with professional advise.

If you have:

• University degree in Laws;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in position of in house or famous law firm; Experience in commercial estate is preferred;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

You will:

• Make tax declaration, and file all related tax documentation; Coordinate with finance accountant to prepare monthly and annual tax reports timely;
• Manage the relationship with external tax consultant to ensure satisfactory services are provided, and the latest tax regulations are updated;
• Review related parties transactions and preparing contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation report if needed.

If you have:

• University degree in Finance and Accounting;
• Minimum 3 years of tax related work experience;
• Basic PC knowledge, NC or JDE system experience and good interpersonal skill.
